Hygiene in focus - New palm grips with closed grip contour


We have developed a new series of palm grips with a protruding steel bush especially for use under more stringent hygienic conditions. Five variants are available - including antibacterial and detectable. Due to the closed grip contour with a smooth surface, they are extremely easy to clean. The protruding steel bush offers an optimum contact surface and, by the internal thread version, is particularly suitable for cross pin connections.



The key facts at a glance:

  • Five product variants: With a total of five product variants, our new palm grip series covers a wide range of applications. In addition to a standard version, antibacterial, high temperature resistant and visually and metal detectable variants are also available.
     
  • Detectable grips: We have designed our detectable palm grips for the foodstuff industry. Two detectable types are available - a visually detectable version in ultramarine blue (RAL 5002) and a version made of a special metal-detectable plastic.
     
  • Food and potable water safety: For our high-temperature-resistant version, we use a plastic that complies with the international standards and guidelines for food and drinking water safety FDA, EU10/2011, NSF and KTW.
     
  • High flexibility: In the standard version, our palm grips are available with grip diameters from 25 to 63 mm and thread sizes from M5 to M16. All other variants are available with a grip diameter of 25 to 50 mm and thread sizes from M5 to M10.
