Ball knobs are round elements with a flat surface underneath for fixing. With an integrated pressed-in tapped bush, fixture or collet for attachment, these parts can be used in mechanical engineering, rehab technology or fitness equipment.
These are used as ergonomic operating parts on hoods, flaps and doors with their round shape reducing the risk of impact. Small dimensions can be fitted on the end of threads to round off edges and prevent injury.
Ball knobs are available in a wide range of styles and materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, thermoplastic or thermoset. Optional styles with threaded inserts, clamping sleeves or bores available.
